A Christmas Carol
based on the book by Charles Dickens
directed by Peter Orvetti

Audition Date: Monday & Tuesday, September 14 & 15, 2026 AT 7 PM

Performance Dates: December 4 – 19, 2026

Location: Greenbelt Arts Center

This stage adaptation of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens follows the classic journey of Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserly businessman who is visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come. Through these supernatural encounters, Scrooge confronts the consequences of his actions and ultimately discovers the power of compassion, generosity, and community.

Upstage Artists announces auditions for:
TBabes in Toyland: The Musical

Adult Audition Date: Saturday October 3, 2026 at 7pm
Children’s Audition Date: Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 11am

Performance Dates: December 4-6 and 11-13, 2026

Villainous Barnaby is determined to marry sweet Mary Quite Contrary – if not with money, then by threatening her mother, the poor Widow Piper. But Mary loves Barnaby’s nephew, Alan. When Barnaby tries to have Alan eliminated, the plan fails, and Alan returns to Mother Goose Land to great celebration. Mary escapes to the magical Toyland, pursued by Barnaby and the rest of the Mother Goose gang. There, they encounter the whimsical Toymaker and his quirky helpers in a charming musical adventure that’s perfect for audiences all year round.

This is our annual family show and will have a mixture of children, teens, and adults.
