She organizes a house party featuring poets Ralston McTodd and Aileen Peavey, where she can show off the diamonds. With the help of Psmith, her stepson Freddie hatches an elaborate scheme to gain his own share of the inheritance so that he can marry his beloved Phyllis. As the diamonds attract some unsavory interest, Blandings Castle descends into chaos in this hilarious comedy by Ian Hay and P. G. Wodehouse.
