Broadway Singer/Actor/Dancer Laura Schutter will teach the original Broadway choreography from Mary Poppins at the New Chicago Dance Studio. Laura Schutter spent 6 years performing Mary Poppins on Broadway. She played Millie in the Thoroughly Modern Millie revival Broadway touring company. Other credits include Broadway, London West End and touring companies. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn musical theatre dance techniques from a highly accomplished professional.

Cost: $35 per student.

The DeMatha Players will present Crime and Punishment, an adaptation of the Dostoyevsky novel. Performances will be held on Friday, September 27th and Saturday, 28th at 8 PM and Sunday, 29th at 2 PM. Bowie Community Theatre (BCT) is proud to announce auditions for R. T. Robinson’s dramatic comedy, The Cover of Life. The show will run November 8 thru 24, 2013.

Audition Dates: Saturday and Sunday, September 21 and 22, 2013, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Callbacks will be Monday, September 23 at 7:30pm.
