Are you ready to learn more about the Magic of Words?

Alex Zavistovich is the Artistic Director of The National Edgar Allan Poe Theatre. In this family-friendly mentalism show, running approximately one hour, we’ll use real books to predict audience word choices, duplicate drawings, make things disappear, and even cause audience members to share the same thoughts. And we’ll learn something about Edgar Allan Poe along the way.

Poe’s greatest detractor (Rufus W. Griswold) invites the public to join him for a delightful evening making light of the Master of the Macabre. An interactive performance in which audience volunteers play characters from The Tell-Tale Heart, The Cask of Amontillado, The Raven, and more.
