Set in New York City in the 1950’s, other colorful characters include showgirls, gamblers, and missionaries. Guys and Dolls features some of Frank Loesser’s most memorable tunes, including the hilarious “Adelaide’s Lament,” the romantic “I’ve Never Been in Love Before,” the exuberant “If I Were a Bell,” and the classic “Luck Be a Lady.”

The Mouse That Roared is a political farce set in the mythical country of Grand Fenwick. This tiny country is facing bankruptcy, so their unique solution is to declare war on The United States of America in the hopes of receiving economic aid after they lose the war. Complications arise when the Grand Fenwick attack on the United States unexpectedly succeeds! Grand Fenwick wins the war, and the terms for peace must be negotiated by their young ruler. Although the novel on which the play is based was originally written during the Cold War, modern audiences will recognize elements of current events in this comedy.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame, is an excellent adaptation of the Victor Hugo novel, with songs from the Disney animated movie. This exciting classic story portrays the story of the gypsy girl, Esmeralda, the honorable soldier Phoebus, the Archdeacon Frollo, and the hunchback Quasimodo. This Broadway version illuminates the theme of discrimination against those groups of people who exhibit differences in culture or ability.
