Location: Joe’s Movement Emporium.
You are cordially invited to a reception of the play Out of the Vineyard, written by Psalmayene 24 and directed by Tony Thomas to support a tour to reach 3000 middle and high school students across the region. Gather at the home of Andy and Marjan Shallal on Tuesday, October 22nd from 6 – 8 pm to learn about a play exploring the history of freedom-making that changes the narrative of history in Prince George’s County and the region.
We are raising funds to support the cost of touring the production and specifically to fund 62 buses that cost $315 each to transport PGCPS students to PGCC and other venues to attend the play.
Celebrate the journey of this commissioned play with an evening of fellowship and art!

Join Club Joe’s on a journey through time with this year’s showcase, Joestalgia: A Trip Down Memory Lane. Follow our young stars as they tell artistic stories through movement, music, acting, and more. Tap into the warm, fuzzy feeling of nostalgia with moves from past decades and memories from vintage Club Joe’s!

Ticket sales at this rate will end on May 14th. Any remaining seats will be available at $20. The box office will close on show day, May 16th at 2 pm.

Ampl!fy is a curated open mic that mimics a professional showcase. Each month’s show has a theme inspired by social issues, pop culture, and more. Ampl!fy will take place every last Friday of the month from October 2023 to May 2024 (see exceptions* in the schedule below). Performances will take place in Joe’s theater. Ampl!fy will be promoted via Joe’s Instagram, Facebook, and weekly E-newsletter.
