This performance is part of our Education on Stage Series and is recommended for Grades K-6. Celebrate Women’s History Month with this special show that highlights some of Black History’s most inspiring female figures. Crunch some hidden figures with Dorothy Vaughan; follow along the Underground Railroad with Harriet Tubman; and celebrate the Jazz Age with Ella Fitzgerald. You’ll also meet incredible groundbreakers like Michelle Obama, Sojourner Truth, Serena Williams and much more amazing women’s HERstory! Almost, Maine is a play about love, loss, and a bit of magic in a fictional town in Maine. The play is made up of nine short stories about the residents of Almost, Maine who find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected ways.
