This is a show for children from age 6 to 16. All shows and rehearsals take place at Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 11416 Cedar Lane, Beltsville, MD 20705.
Rehearsals begin on June 6 and will occur on Monday, Thursday, and Friday Evenings.

COVID NOTE: We are dedicated to keeping everyone safe during the run of this show. All actors will be required to wear a mask while rehearsing, and while backstage during the performance. The only time you will be permitted to remove your mask is while ON stage.

Please note: All audience members over the age of 12 must be fully vaccinated in order to attend a performance. Proof of vaccination will be required. Masks and social distancing are required. No refunds will be given to anyone refusing to abide by these rules.

Location: Laurel Mill Playhouse

The streets of Victorian England come to life as Oliver, a malnourished orphan in a workhouse, becomes the neglected apprentice of an undertaker. Oliver escapes to London and finds acceptance amongst a group of petty thieves and pickpockets led by the elderly Fagin. When Oliver is captured for a theft that he did not commit, the benevolent victim, Mr. Brownlow takes him in. Fearing the safety of his hideout, Fagin employs the sinister Bill Sikes and the sympathetic Nancy to kidnap him back, threatening Oliver’s chances of discovering the true love of a family.

Produced by special arrangement with MTI International. Performances run weekends from Friday November 23, 2018 through Sunday December 16, 2018 with Friday and Saturday evening performances at 8 p.m. Tickets are $22 for general admission. Will love win out in the end? Find out in this delightful comedy.
