The return of Late Night Expressions is a produced by Joe’s Movement Emporium and DEVIATED THEATRE. The night supports DC, MD, and VA alternative performance artists and gives the Joe’s community a chance to let loose. Your paid admission gets you into the performance as well as two drink tickets and finger foods.

Fun, entertaining, and refreshing stand-up comedy show which features an ALL-FEMALE line-up. The show opens with a musical performance by a local female artist, while Comedy Supreme’s resident DJ keeps the audience musically entertained between sets.

Visually stunning, kinesthetically invigorating, and intellectually evocative this piece is inspired by the work of visual artist Joseph Cornell whose boxed assemblages earned him the reputation for being America’s most poetic and mysterious artist. This production is supported by the Maryland State Arts Council Presenting and Touring Program and the Alternate Roots Tour and Residency Program.

Choreographed by Laura Schandelmeier and Stephen Clapp. With original music composition by Jamie Kowalski. Featuring Briana Carper, Stephen Clapp, Laura Schandelmeier and Ilana Faye Silverstein.
