The Nutcracker

Location: Bowie Center for the Performing Arts.
Description: The Ballet Theatre of Maryland invites you to the most famous Holiday Party of all time – The Nutcracker. Battle the Rat Queen and her minions and help Clara rescue her beloved Nutcracker from the Rat Queen’s spell as you share in her enchanted adventure through the Land of the Snow to the Kingdom of Sweets where she receives the magical wand that can make all her dreams and ours, come true.
Two Nutcracker performances:
Saturday December 5th at 7:00 pm
Sunday December 6th at 3:00 pm.
The Box Office opens 1 hour before showtime.

Description: It’s Christmas-time in the small town of Fayro, Texas, and the Futrelle Sisters—Frankie, Twink and Honey Raye—are trying to keep the Tabernacle of the Lamb’s Christmas Program from spiraling into chaos. In true Futrelle fashion, the feuding sisters find a way to pull together in order to present a Christmas program the citizens of Fayro will never forget. The Fourth of April
Description: Written to commemorate Bowie State University’s 150th anniversary, the play is set in the immediate aftermath of the Civil Rights Movement. It concerns the activities of Bowie State College students in the 1967-68 academic year when they confronted conditions on campus and power at the highest level of state government.
